Our story

Catalino Gonzales Elementary School is one of the schools that wholeheartedly support the National Greening Program. Owing to the fact that the school is located in a plain that borders a river with lots of space to spare for tree planting, the CFP Coordinator of this school, Joven U. Diezmo, through the approval of the school head and the cluster principal has joined the 2012 Green Wave Campaign through Brigada Eskwela which took place on May 21, 2012 and OISCA-CFP Green Wave Campaign on the next day (May 22, 2012). Teachers, pupils, and parents planted 50 narra seedlings on the former activity and planted five (5) pili seedlings on the latter which was done on Esturas-Nabata Elementary School. Those who participated in the tree-planting activities not only enjoyed the laudable undertakings but also fervently hope that similar noteworthy works will be done in the near foreseeable future.
